Rioturbio down the curtain on the fourteenth edition of the Asturian Song FLOW BASIN. On Saturday 26 March, the hall of pensioner households in the town Mieres hosted the closing ceremony of the event during which prizes were awarded to all participants. In a festive atmosphere the contestants were collecting their trophies for an evening attended by the mayor of Mieres, the Councillor for Culture, Chema, UI, Javier de Arro, and the presidents of the Travel Agencies of Rioturbio and Santa Marina. It missed the honorary chairwoman of the contest, Diamantina Rodríguez, who walks a bit pachucha. Opened the event the official piper of the competition, Berto rods, with an assortment of topics Asturian which followed speeches by Facundo Fernandez, Luis María García and Diana Gonzalez.

The event ended with performances by Juan Robledo Iglesias (Playin of Gijón) and Hortal Laudelina (Marchasti of pilgrimage).
